Guests have access to a shared kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Cots (camping beds) are available for children aged 0 to 3 years.

Possibility of double room for single use: from €65.00 per person per night (excluding June, July and August).
Minimum stay: two nights in June, July and August.
Check-in and Check-out: the rooms will be available on the day of arrival from 4pm to 8pm and on the day of departure until 10.30am. To ensure we can welcome you in the best possible way, please let us know your expected arrival time.
Booking confirmation: Online bookings are only confirmed after availability has been checked and subsequent confirmation has been sent by email or fax. The deposit is set at 30% of the total amount and will be retained in full if the room(s) is/are not cancelled at least one week in advance. The data provided will be processed in accordance with Law 196/2003 on privacy and pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) for the protection of personal data. Their use will be exclusively functional to the exercise of the booking activity and transmission to the competent bodies.
During the busiest periods (July and August), a deposit of €50.00 per night may be required to confirm your booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the bank transfer. Transfers received within 7 days of booking will allow the requested date to be confirmed: after this deadline, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Payment methods: Payments can be made by bank transfer before the date of your stay or in cash upon arrival. We do not currently have a POS terminal for cards and debit cards, so we accept bank transfers upon confirmation or cash on site.
Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid under the following conditions:
- more than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid;
- between 59 and 31 days prior to the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid;
- within 30 days prior to the arrival date: no refund.
Change of date: The date may be changed provided that the new date is available and that the request is received at least 30 days before the originally scheduled arrival date. After this deadline, the cancellation conditions will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, not even small ones.
